We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and respond substantively within 30 days. For urgent matters (active security incidents, court orders, hosting-provider escalations), please indicate "URGENT" in the subject line.

What to Include

To help us respond efficiently, please include:

• A clear subject line indicating the type of issue (e.g., "DMCA Notice", "GDPR Request", "Abuse Report", "Security Disclosure").
• A description of the issue.
• Relevant URLs, dates, or evidence.
• Your contact information for follow-up.
• For DMCA: the standard elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) — identification of copyrighted work, identification of allegedly infringing material, your contact information, statement of good-faith belief, statement of accuracy, and signature.

What We Will Not Respond To

• Unsolicited advertising or marketing pitches.
• Spam or phishing attempts.
• Demands accompanied by threats or harassment.

Anonymous Reports

You may report anonymously, but we may be unable to follow up for clarification or to confirm resolution. We do not require identification for general abuse reports.
