Terms of Service
By accessing or using bicycle-kick (the "Service", operated by PSYCHOLAB, "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
bicycle-kick is a football match prediction platform that uses statistical analysis, Poisson distribution modeling, machine learning ensemble methods, and bookmaker odds processing to generate match outcome probabilities. The Service is intended for entertainment, educational, and research purposes only.
The Service does not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. Predictions are statistical projections based on historical data and may be inaccurate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a minor is using the Service, we will terminate the account.
3. No Endorsement of Gambling
The Service provides statistical analysis and predictions only. We do not promote, encourage, facilitate, or endorse gambling, betting, or any wagering activity in any form. Information published on the Service is for informational purposes and should not be construed as advice or recommendation to place any bet.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you regarding gambling, betting, online activities, and use of statistical predictions in your jurisdiction. The Service does not verify your location or eligibility under local law.
4. User Accounts
You may register for an account using a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service (DDoS, brute-force, injection attempts).

- Resell access to the Service without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party networks. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or any consequences arising from your interaction with advertisers. Some links may be affiliate links; we may receive compensation if you sign up with an advertised service.
You are responsible for verifying the legality and reliability of any third-party services advertised on the Site before using them, including but not limited to compliance with gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, prediction models, and original content, is the intellectual property of PSYCHOLAB. Statistical data is sourced from third-party providers (API-Football and bookmaker feeds) and is used under fair-use research provisions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSYCHOLAB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gambling losses — arising from your use of the Service.
If you choose to use predictions from the Service to inform any third-party activity (including betting on bookmakers we do not control), you do so entirely at your own risk and we disclaim all liability for resulting losses.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Iceland.
